Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, fresh, chopped
- ¼ kilo ground lean chicken
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup all-purpose cream
- ½ teaspoons mustard
- 1 teaspoon iodized salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Caramba! Chili Fuerte
- 1½ cup cheese sauce
- 3 slices sweet ham, diced
- 1 piece medium red bell pepper, diced
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese (optional)
- Paprika powder (optional)
Instructions
- Cook as directed on box. Saute garlic in olive oil. Add in ground chicken. Cook until the chicken is light brown. Stir in tomatoes. Let boil.
- Add cream, mustard, salt, and Caramba! Chili Fuerte. Let it simmer.
- Reduce heat and then stir in cheese sauce. Stir continuously.
- Add in diced ham and red bell pepper. Let boil. Remove from fire and serve while hot.
- Top with parmesan cheese and paprika powder.
