Ingredients
- 1 pack nacho chips
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 cups Caramba! Chili Con Carne
- 1 tablespoon Caramba! Chili Rojo (optional)
- 1 cup Caramba! Tomato Salsa
- ½ cup cheese sauce
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup spring onions, chopped
Instructions
- Arrange the nacho chips on a large platter.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat then add olive oil.
- Add Caramba! Chili Con Carne and Caramba! Chili Rojo. Let it simmer for 2 minutes then turn off the heat.
- Place the mixture on top of the nachos.
- Top with Caramba! Tomato Salsa, cheese sauce, and sour cream.
- Garnish with spring onions then serve.
