- 2½ cups pineapple juice
- 1 piece cucumber, large
- 2 tablespoons Caramba! Chili Verde hot sauce
- Wash cucumber thoroughly. Cut into large pieces.
- Place pineapple juice, cucumber, and Caramba! Chili Verde hot sauce in a blender. Mix until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled highball glass filled with ice cubes.
- Garnish with celery and cucumber.
