Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons iodized salt
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic granulated
- ½ teaspoon black pepper, ground
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- ¾ cup Caramba! Chili Fuerte hot sauce
- 8 cups of fresh cauliflower florets
For the dressing:
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon iodized salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper, ground
- 2 tablespoons parsley, minced
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 450°F (230°C) for 5 minutes. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil. Set aside.
- Mix salt, spices, melted butter, and Caramba! Chili Fuerte hot sauce in a small bowl.
- Add cauliflower into a large resealable plastic bag. Pour the hot sauce mixture into the bag. Shake until the cauliflower florets are fully coated.
- Spread the cauliflower on the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve with yogurt ranch dressing.
